I finally got around to making cupcakes from VCTOTW.. just plain vanilla and chocolate. Yum! I got some natural food dye, and the blue color ended up purple-ish pink. Bummer! The yellow is great though.
I definitely recommend trying my vegan cookies. If you prefer to use whole grains like I do, I highly recommend you buy soft whole wheat pastry flour. And, remember to sift it. They'll come out nicely and no one will know the difference. :)

Awww - cute! I love cupcakes with a theme!
Those look very pretty and delicious.
Nice job!
Mmmm, cupcakes! They look so eastery, the yellow is a great color. Did you like the chocolate or vanilla better? My fave is the chocolate :-)
I liked the vanilla better, but maybe I just wasn't in a chocolate mood (a rare occasion!)
